I woke up at 8:12 this morning.
...And I'm proud to say that that's the earliest I've woken up since I graduated high school! Although, that will change on Friday- Dad and I are headed to Washington DC for a father/daughter trip, and our flight leaves at 6 am! So... I'll be up and around no later than 4:30 en la maƱana! Good stuff, man. Good stuff.
This morning, I finally got my precious little friend of a car back from the shop. It was a glorious reunion, complete with rolled down windows, sunglasses, and a little bit of Natasha Bedingfield. Absolutely fabulous. Anyhoo, my car and I ran a plethora of errands today, all before 11:30! Including:
The rest of my day consists of picking up Carson from preschool, bringing him back home, and then immediately heading back out for a lifeguard meeting. Today, I will find out my hours for the summer! Honestly, I'm going to just take as many as they will give me. Bring on the sunscreen!
After that, I'm heading home for a hang out night with my dad and brothers. Swimming, grilling, and making gluten-free cake with my newly gluten-free five year old brother. It should be a joyous night!
And then...sleep. Ah... I like sleep.

- Dropped off Carson at preschool (can't believe my bro is about to be a preschool grad!)
- Bought my lifeguard swimsuit
- Walmart
...And, I had sushi for lunch with my dad and Christian! It was a happy thing. Goodness gracious, I love sushi in all (ok, most) of its forms. So. Much.

Me and that Julia!
What can I say? We are goof balls. Straight up goof balls. We may or may not have sprinted around Dillards today (er... speed walked.) in search for something for me to splurge on... what can I say? I had a gift card! The result? Nike shorts. I love any and all running shorts, but Nikes are my fave. Toodloo!

PS- I've been experimenting with iMovie on my Mac today! Enjoy! Never mind the fact that "Call Me Maybe" is the background song for both videos... complications.

Just an update.
Two days ago, my sickly self slept all day because the stomach bug had its hold on me. Then, that night, I had trouble falling asleep, as you may remember, due to the fact that my last blog post took place around 4:00 am. Well, I didn't get to sleep until 6 am that morning! It was a strange sensation falling asleep as sunlight was beginning to seep through my bedroom window.
Needless to say, I slept late yesterday morning! When I finally did wake up, I was informed that poor Christian had caught my bug. He literally slept all day yesterday. So, while my family headed out to church (which I was sad to miss- apparently it was extra great yesterday!), I stayed home and dozed, watched Project Runway, and layed out/ swam in our back yard. It was a nice, lazy morning. For lunch, I ordered a gluten-free Domino's pizza! Their new crust is absolutely delish!!
By this point in the day, I was feeling pretty restless. I mean, I had just spend five days flopping on the beach, and a day and a half being lazy and sickly. So, when the rest of the fam got home, I got dressed and headed out to Academy Sports (I had to pick up a new swimsuit for lap swimming) and then to the gym! Ahhh, it felt incredibly wonderful to work out again! I can't even explain. I really do go considerably crazy when I go long periods of time without working out. At the gym, I did lower body, power walked, and swam laps. It was lovely.
Today is going to be the same as yesterday in that I will be lazy for the first half of the day, and then active for the second half! I didn't wake up this morning until about 10:30, which was fabulous. Then, I made my way downstairs and ate a bowl of Cinnamon Chex (gluten-free glory!) for breakfast. Now, I'm blogging up a storm. Around 2:45, Julia is going to pick me up, drop me off at physical therapy for my elbow, and then pick me up again in time for us to make it to Hip Hop Latin Spice- my favorite class at the gym!!
Julia is doing all of the dropping off and picking up because my car is in the shop. It should be ready later today...fingers crossed! Once I got my own car, it has become hard to imagine how I ever got by without one!! Haha. I do so much running around on a regular basis. Thank the Lord for sweet friends like Julia who help me out when I'm in a bind!!
Speaking of friends. I miss my Eli! We have both been traveling like crazy people. First, I was at the beach and she was in California. Now, she's at the beach. Then, with one day in between when she gets home and when I head out (we WILL hang out.), I'm heading to DC with my daddio! Then, when I get back, Eli and her mom and sister are headed to the Grand Cayman!! So, basically, mine and Eli's summer together doesn't start until she arrives back home on June 7th. At least we are getting all of the big trips done early and all bunched together! After that, we can both look forward to the trip to Destin that we are taking with my family in July! I'm so excited, I tell you!!
Wow. This post got a little lengthy. Goodness gracious, if you are still reading this, I have an enormous amount of respect for you!
I'm off to...piddle until lunchtime, I suppose.

I shouldn't be awake.
It's currently 3:50 am, and guess who is still wide awake? This girl.
For the past five days, I've been on my senior trip to Gulf Shores, which was absolutely fantastic. I don't know if I've ever properly explained my love for the beach. Growing up, we used to go to the beach (either Gulf Shores or Destin) every summer, for dad's work. It was always something I looked forward to, daydreamed about, and counted the days to.
Now that Dad doesn't do photography as much anymore, we don't necessarily go every summer, which just heightens my already outrageous love and LONGING for all things beach! Needless to say, I had been looking forward to the senior trip for a very long time- and it was a success, I must say! Shopping, fun restaurants, late night movies, and days spent laying out and swimming in the ocean. That's what I like to call a Caylie vacation.
Anyhoo. I returned home around 9pm last night from the trip. It was great to be back! I know it was only a five day trip, but I've gotta say, I missed the fam. Everything was perfect and splendid until I noticed that there was something I'd accidentally brought home with me from the trip- the stomach bug! Let's just say that last night was not a fun one. I've spent the entire day feeling sickly and lying around- literally. I can't remember the last time that I was horizontal for that much of a day! Watching movies, sleeping, reading, repeat.
...And now I'm paying the price for all of that sleeping during the day today. I absolutely cannot get to sleep! Fabulous. At least it's summer now! I can take a nap tomorrow if I need to. (...if? I will need to.) Goodness, I love summer, and all of the loveliness that comes with it! Snow cones, free time, swimming, traveling, late nights, sundresses, and lots of sleep (whether it be during the day or at night).
Here are some pictures from the beach trip!

This is Emily, Jessica and I right after we pulled up to our beach house. After being stuck in a van all day, we were more than ready to be on the beach! We all hopped out of the van and ran down to the beach as soon as we arrived.
Our fabulous, adorable blue beach house! Fourteen bedrooms, right on the beach, and a private pool- it was perfection!
On our third night there, we all got dressed up before heading out to dinner at Lulu's (one of my personal favorites from years past!). This is Emily, Carly, and I before we left the beach house. The three of us shared a room, and we were fabulous roomies! Carly, might I add, took most of these lovely photos that I'm posting!
We had a spontaneous time of worship out on the beach one night! It was fabulous.
Emily and I at Lulu's! Goodness I love this girl. Both of us are gluten-free, so we were equally thrilled when the waitress brought us their special allergen menu! They had a manager come out and talk to us about what we could eat, bring out our food separately...the whole shabang!

Hallelujah, salvation and glory!!
You can never be too old for kites...or Pooh Bear...or Barbie! Especially at the beach! I must say, the kite extravaganza made for quite a charming evening!
We all went on a dolphin cruise on our last full day in Gulf Shores. It was absolutely amazing!!
The girls!
It was a beautiful, refreshing, wonderfully slow paced week. Much needed. I couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off my summer!

Above is the link to a video that Carly put together about the trip!
...Okay, it's now 4:26. I should really attempt to sleep...

I love my Mama!
It's Mother's Day today, and I am going to take this chance to tell the world that I love my sweet mom so, unbelievably much! I am so thankful for the things she says, the way she is, and the kindness that she surrounds our family with on a daily basis! She is such a giver, and that does not go unappreciated. Yesterday was a hard day for her- seeing her little girl graduate from high school. Seeing the way that she was fighting back tears the entire time was really touching. But, no matter what the future decides to throw at me, I will always be her little girl!
I love my mom. So, incredibly much! I have been blessed beyond belief, and I mean that in the least cliche way possible.

Big Day!!
Today was a big, big, big day in the life of Caylie! Why?
...Because I graduated from high school today, that's why! It's hard to believe that it really happened. It doesn't seem possible that high school is behind me. My mind is truly boggled. It's thrilling, and a tiny bit sad, all at the same time. I have made some incredible memories over the last four years. (Well, the last eighteen years!) But, I'm ready to see what the future holds. I'm thankful beyond belief for the past, but I'm outrageously excited about what's ahead!
The ceremony went really well today. It was all kind of a blur, thinking back on it. I, along with my friend Moriah, even gave a little speech about our class statistics before the diplomas were presented! That was fun. I remember going to graduation two years ago, and knowing that I wanted to be one of the seniors that got up and spoke at graduation- and I did! It was by no means a big, emotional thing, but I did speak! That's enough for me!
This whole "graduation season" has been filled with blessings from other people. Never before in my life have I received so much mail- much less, with gifts! I really do feel surrounded and supported by so many people that truly care, and want the best for me! That has been such an encouragement.
Tonight, my parents gave me a huge graduation gift... a MacBook Pro!! I can't even BEGIN to express my excitement! I'm typing on it right this moment, and I'm loving every second of it! Love, love, love! It's strange to think about how many college papers and research will be done on this computer.
Some photos from today-

Eli and I before the ceremony. I am so thankful for our friendship. I don't even know how to put it into words!
Me and my wonderful family before the ceremony. They're the best. I'm so grateful for the way that they have continued to love and support me through the years.
Me with all four of my incredible grandparents before the ceremony! It meant so much to me that all of them were there to see me graduate!
Officially done with high school- diploma and all!
Sigh. This day has been on my calendar for a very, very long time. Now that it's over, I'm kind of at a loss. I've never really known myself as anything other than a high school student! But I'm open to change. In fact, I'm rather enthusiastic about it!

Changes.
Change is in the air, more than ever. It's so surreal, actually.
This time four months from now, I will probably be hanging out in a dorm room, rather than my bedroom. I'll no longer be a high schooler, but a college student. I'll know tons of new people, and my blank canvas of a life will begin to be scribbled on.
This Friday is my last day of work as a Firefly Studio employee. I've loved working there, mainly because of my awesome coworkers. But I knew that it was time for something new. This summer, I'll be working as a lifeguard, which I'm pretty thrilled about. I'm not entirely sure why it is that I'm so thrilled, but I am. I'm even thrilled about the specific pool that I'm going to be at. There were lots of other options, some of which were closer to my home than this one, but for some reason, I've got a good feeling about this one. I can't help but think that maybe God has something great in mind.
Also, tonight, I deleted my Facebook! As silly and trivial as that may sound, I'm actually pretty happy about it. This summer- the last few months at home before I head off to college- I want to SIMPLIFY. I want to slow down, and soak it all in. More Jesus time. More family time. Making more memories with the friends that have meant the most to me. I want this summer to be filled with the "real" stuff. Relationships are the ONLY thing in life that are of any value. My goal for the summer is to choose to say no to the things that do not matter, and to choose to say yes to the things that do. Peace and contentment; isn't that what we all want?
Job 36:11
If they obey and serve him, they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment.
Matthew 22: 37-3937 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.

Special day!
Today is not an average day in the life of Caylie. Well, to start things off, my entire family is in Oklahoma City for one of Christian's basketball tournaments, so I am here all by myself! I don't mind, though. Having the house to myself is actually rather peaceful! They left on Wednesday, and they shall return on Sunday.
Last night, my dear Bliss and Eli spent the night with me. Mimi was going to join the party, because her electricity was out at her house, but after spending a little while here, she decided to go home around 9:00 last night. She is so wonderful. I'm so thankful for her. Anyhoo- I love Bliss and Eli so much. We had a grand ole time watching Gilmore Girls, eating popsicles, and talking.
Today, I'm spending the day with Carolyn!! (That is, until lifeguarding.) I'm rather psyched about it. I think we're just going to go get groceries, bring them back to her house, and then hang out. Possibly even make our nails look really awesome. She learned this really awesome marble nails technique in Germany that she's going to teach me! After that, I have lifeguard class from 4:30 to 9, and then I'm going to spend the night at Mimi's house!
Well, Carolyn is going to be here in approximately 30 seconds! Fare thee well!

I am exhausted.
Hence, the list form. Today...
1. I found out that someone broke into all three of our family's cars. My GPS (Carmen the Garmin!) and my camera were stolen. MY CAMERA! It's become an extension of my body for the past couple of years, so I feel like an amputee or something. Bah. Humbug.
2. Dad had surgery. Everything went well, but I was quite a worry wart and stressed about it all day long. Headaches are no fun.
3. I shuttled kids around all day.At least Tim was with me! Pick Christian and his friends up at school, then pick Carson up at school, then take Carson to sports class, then take the boys to basketball, then pick Carson up, then pick the boys up, then take Carson to soccer...yeah, what? I'm officially familiar with that whole mom "chauffeur" feeling you hear about all the time. It was high stress, too, considering that I didn't have my beloved Carmen to guide me...but somehow it all worked out. Seventeen headaches later!
4. My day was made complete, and all of the stress was made worth it, because I got to not only SEE, but HUG Carolyn! CAROLYN, my one and only Carolyn, who I have talked excessively about to everyone I come in contact with for the entire seven months that she has been in Germany. She came BACK, and I'm so happy. I was shaking, and pushing back tears! She seemed really happy too. I do know that she's really going to miss her life in Germany, though, and I hate that for her. I hope she can go back and visit! Hope she doesn't mind rolling me around in her suitcase...
Well...to say that I am exhaustion in human form would be an understatement.
Big day. Big emotions. God is good through it all.

Nooooooooo......
No. No. I will not fail at blogging. I know it's only been five days since I blogged last, but I have a serious history of having good intentions and then FAILING. I shall be a regular blogger, I tell you! I will not let this blog flop. No way, no how.
Today is a Wednesday, which, for my entire high school career, has meant that it has been a very crazy day. I went to co-op today, until 3:30. During lunch, Tim (who was dressed as Batman because of a Spanish presentation he had given the last period), Scott, Erin, and I walked to the wonderfully magical trail that we call Narnia. We didn't go very far into the trail, because we were short on time. But we plopped, and had a picnic. Tim and Scott and I used to have adventures in Narnia all the time a couple of years ago. It was like the good ole days!
After co-op, I went to Tim's house, which I'd say happens about 90% of the time on Wednesday afternoons, during the gap between co-op and Orbit. Tim, Scott, Gloria (Scott's friend who I just met today!) and I watched the Truman Show. Nope, it's not a show. It is, in fact, a movie about a show. An incredibly fantastic movie, might I add. Sadly (no, seriously.), we didn't get to finish it before heading off to church.
Tonight was a pretty big night at Orbit. Mike, our awesome youth group leader and friend, announced to everyone that he would be leaving St. Andrews. I had already heard the news, but it was still pretty hard to hear. We love Mike. He's so genuine, and he cares so much about the people around him. He's really had an impact on a lot of the people at our church. And, yeah, I'm secretly happy that I got to have him basically up until I graduate, but I'm mainly sad for the younger 6th or 7th grade kids. I know that God will provide, and that whoever comes along eventually to replace Mike will likely be fantastic. But it's just hard, because there's no denying that there's no one like Mike.
I hadn't really gotten a chance to hear from Mike himself about everything until tonight, and after hearing what he had to say, I wholeheartedly believe that this is what is best. Even though he doesn't have a plan from here on out, I could see that he has an incredible peace about it.
Also, Gracie, my dear old friend, came to youth group tonight! She's recently switched churches, and she seems to love it there, which is great, but it sure did make me happy to see her back at St. Andrews.
I have a killer US History test tomorrow. I have literally been studying for this test for 2 weeks, and I still don't feel ready. Oh my goodness gracious, why am I blogging? I should be studying! Wait. No. Blogging is important! I want to remember the little things in my life. Haha.
Well, I'm off to study even more. I'm doomed.

Friday mornings are my favorite.
It's the only day that I get to sleep in! AND I don't have to be anywhere until 4:00! So lovely. I woke up at approximately 10:16 this morning to my mom saying,
"Caylie?? Tim is here!"
What a great way to wake up! He had stopped by to give me a photography book. That made me quite happy. After he left to go to work, I ate some gluten-free blueberry waffles, and then headed back upstairs for some reading/chill time. Which leads us to right now, I'm reading The Boy In The Striped Pajamas. I know it's supposed to be really good (and super sad). I've been meaning to read it for a really long time, and I finally bought the book at Barnes and Noble yesterday!
Speaking of yesterday. It was a crazy day, I tell you!! Tim and I had classes from 9:25 until 12:15ish. After that, we inhaled lunch (we literally had like 10 minutes!) at the cafeteria before leaving to get to Robinson in time- we saw Blue Man Group!! Oh. My. Gosh. SO GOOD! I absolutely loved it! It was hilarious, and super colorful... it's definitely one of those things that I may as well just not even try to explain to you, because it's just not possible. Go see it!
After the show, Tim and I headed to Dempsey Bakery for a little bit of dessert. That was so lovely! We love Dempsey Bakery. I mean, after all, it's all gluten-free! What's not to love. The people who work there know us, and that makes me happy. From there, Tim and I went back to my house, where Mom, Dad, Christian and Carson were. We all just hung out for a couple of hours. Also, I had an exciting letter waiting for me in the mail- my acceptance letter to OBU!! It made me super happy! It's a good thing I was accepted, considering I've already bought the comforter and the sham for my dorm room there...
Around 7:30, my family (plus Tim) had a late-ish dinner at Ihop. I love that place. Especially their grits. I know, of all things, the grits? I don't know. I just like em! And last but not least, after Ihop, we all went to Barnes and Noble (we took 10 minute shifts being on Carson-duty.). I could spend SO. MANY. HOURS. (And so much money!) IN THERE.
It was a busy, but happy day! Ah. Deep breath. Now, I do nothing. Love that.

SO...MUCH...CANDY...
Oh. My gosh. I don't think I'll ever want to eat candy ever again! Okay, I probably will eventually. But seriously. I've had SO much of it in the past 24 hours. Wow. Reeces, Tootsie Rolls, Butterfingers... My life has been a continuous stream of sweet things.
Anyway, on a lighter note (literally!), last night was so wonderful! Tim and I went to dinner and a movie, and it couldn't have been lovelier. Before we did anything, though, we opened our gifts from each other. And let me just say, I was overjoyed before I even opened his gift, because the moment I saw him as he was walking up his driveway to my car, he was holding a Valentines Day balloon, a dozen roses, and a chocolate flower! NO WAY! Ah. Needless to say, I freaked. He also gave me a super sweet note and a new charm for the James Avery charm bracelet that he gave me for Christmas! He's so thoughtful. I'm pretty sure my face was red all night!
As for my gift to him... I got us two tickets to see the Blue Man Group downtown tomorrow!! I think he's really excited, and I am too! I also got him a huge variety of random candies, a note, a Darth Vader spatula, and a reading light! (I'm aware that the last two things on that list are far from normal, but then again, so are we.)
After that, we ate dinner at my FAVORITE restaurant, Cafe Bossa Nova, and then grabbed some frozen yogurt. We took our time at the frozen yogurt place, because we still had a little bit over an hour until our movie started. Once the owner started stacking up the chairs, we took the hint and headed back to the car! We drove straight to the theater and saw the 9:10 showing of The Vow! SO GOOD. Some people love it, some don't, but I thought it was fabulous! Please go see it, if you haven't already. (I may or may not be going to see it again with Eli, Julia, and Erin today.Yup...I'm that girl...guilty!)
Well, I'm off to Eli's house! I LOVE HER. I seriously couldn't ask for a better best friend.

Happy Valentines Day!!
I love Valentines Day. I really do. Always have!
I don't think it needs to be about romantic relationships exclusively (although I am SO thankful for my sweet boyfriend!). I think Valentines Day is a day about those that mean the most to you, and about appreciating the relationships in your life! Today is a chance to tell people how much they mean to you.
HAPPY LOVE DAY! Eat lots of candy!

It's SNOWING!!!
Well, I mean, so what if there isn't ACTUAL snow on the ground yet? Apparently it's coming! The lack of actual snow really isn't all that much of a downer for me, because guess what? NO SCHOOL! Co-op got cancelled late last night! Hallelujah, Salvation and Glory!
I find it ironic comparing today's post title with yesterday's. Welcome to Arkansas, where nobody understands what the weather is doing, or why!
Today should be a lovely day. I have no plan, and nowhere to be at all. Lovely! That never happens to me. Not ever. AND, tomorrow is Valentines day! Caylie's in a good mood. I'm still a little drowsy, but in a good mood nonetheless. Today, I'm that girl who, no matter how much she planned on sleeping in, was awake by 8:30. Why? Why me? That's what meeting people at the Athletic Club super early in the mornings will do to you- sabotage your sleep-in days!
Things I might do today:

Things I might do today:
- Hang out with Eli/ Tim/ Eli's boyfriend/ other friends.
- Watch a movie.
- Make cookies.
- Write Carolyn a letter! The thought of this makes me happy! The care package thing didn't work out so well, so I'll have to give those things to her when she gets back!
- Do an exercise video.
Beyond those things (which I'm not holding myself to by any means), I shall add nothing else to the list. I have zero obligations today- yippee!! Well, technically I should study for US History... oh pish posh.
I might go eat a gluten-free Luna Bar! (Cookie dough flavor is the best. Just saying.)

It's A Sunny Day...
And I'm oh so glad. It reminds me of summer. Oh my, I can't WAIT for summer!
Yesterday was a good, but pretty jam-packed day, as my days tend to be. I woke up around 7:00, so that I could leave the house by 7:45 with my mom and Tim's mom. It was day two of the Liz Curtis Higgs conference! Once we got there, we also met up with Mimi, my wonderful grandmother! They were serving breakfast, so my gluten-free self helped myself to fruit, vanilla yogurt, AND a strawberry smoothie. The rest of the things that they had was basically Gluten City. But I was a happy camper. Haha.
The conference was FANTASTIC. Liz Curtis Higgs is one of the cutest, funniest speakers that I've ever seen (she's up there with Beth Moore), but she really knows how to bring it home and really teach her audience something meaningful. Her faith, and the transformation that had happened when she became a Christ follower, were totally incredible. I'm so glad that we went. It was beyond worth missing work for!
...Speaking of work. After the conference, I headed straight to work (not without driving through Wendy's on the way! I mean, I can't turn down gluten free fries...). It was a good day, but definitely really busy and tiring. Julia, Erin, AND Tim all came to paint while I was working! That totally made my day! Seriously.
After work, the plan was for Tim and I to go out to eat, and then to go see Joyful Noise around 8:30. But, nope, things don't usually happen as planned, don't ya know. One thing lead to another. It started off with us deciding to have dinner at Tim's house instead! I had gluten free pizza. Fantastic! I love how so many places have gluten free pizza now! Then, it was decided that Tim needed a haircut, so his mom and I plopped him down on a stool and got to work! It's a good thing his mom somewhat-knew what she was doing, because I sure didn't! I was mainly the consultant. But, I must say, the end result was quite fabulous! Or, handsome, I should say. He looked GREAT.
By this point, it wasn't too late to make it to our movie, but we were feeling lazy, so we decided to just stay at his house and watch a movie there. I'm so glad we did, though, because we watched one of my favorite movies. The Notebook. Wow. It's (almost) up there with Titanic, A Walk To Remember, Shawshank Redemption, Up, and The Artist! It was Tim's (and his mom's) first time to see it, and I'm pretty sure they liked it too!
So, I got home around midnight after a crazy but lovely day. It didn't take me long to crawl into this bed of mine and fall asleep!
Good day!

Good morning to you!
Wow, I actually, no joke slept in today! Usually, when I say that, I would have slept no later than 9:30 or so...but NO, I slept until 11:00! 11:07 to be specific. THAT never happens. This year, Fridays are my only day to sleep in. Monday through Thursday, I go to classes in the morning, Saturday I work, and Sunday, church. So, in my head, Fridays are almost sacred. I don't have to be anywhere until 4!
As soon as I finish this post, I think I'm going to take a shower/get ready really quickly, and then pick up Tim for a bit, if he's not doing anything. Maybe he can come with me while I shop for things to put in Carolyn's care package that I'm going to mail her! Carolyn, by the way, has been living in Germany for the past almost-seven months, as a nanny for a precious little family! I've missed her so much. Skyping is great, but I can't WAIT to really see her face!! She gets back in 20 DAYS!! I can't WAIT, I tell you! Anyhoo, after I get everything put together for that, I am going to work from 4 until 6. I work at a paint-your-own-pottery studio! From there, I'm going to meet up with my mom and Tim's mom for a Liz Curtis Higgs conference! No idea what to expect there. My mom just asked me if I wanted her to sign me up, and I said yes! It'll be a party.
Okay, well, if I'm going to get all of this stuff done, like I said I would, I should probably stop writing and start showering! Toodloo!

Quick Summary Of My Life...
Well....I'm 18 years old, and I'm graduating from high school in 3 months!! I technically "homeschool", although none of my classes are actually at home. I go to a high school co-op, and I take classes at a local community college, which means I'm knocking out some college classes ahead of time! Yesss! Up until 10th grade, I went to a private school. Next year I'm headed to Ouachita Baptist University, and I CAN'T WAIT!
I'm totally in love with my Savior, Jesus Christ.
- I'm a people person. Hence, the not-so-at-home homeschooling!
- I also love travel, and I'm not kidding when I say that I want to live in a different country before I have kids! Hopefully multiple different places.
- I love working out, a whole lot. It keeps me from going crazy!...No seriously.
- I zone out a lot, and I love creating things.
- I have a growing love of movies.
- I'm pretty bad about keeping my phone charged...
- I love fashion, comedies, smoothies, and Nutella. Ah, Nutella.
- Surprises are my FAVORITE.
- Sometimes I paint my nails strange colors.
- I have a dysfunctional left hand. Ask me about it some time!
- I'm really involved in my youth group. Can't believe it's coming to an end!
- I'm not quite positive what I want to do with my life.
- I love organization, but I hate organizing.
- People don't call me Granny for nothing...I'm an old soul!
- I collect Vogue magazines.
- The beach has a very special place in this heart of mine.
- Running is awesome.
- I love reading and writing. Math and science, not so much.
- I'm gluten-free!
- I'm always cold. Always. I'm such a summer girl!
I'm totally in love with my Savior, Jesus Christ.
Well, Hello There!
It's been forever since I've been a regular blogger. I feel like an old grandma doing it again! Everything is different and more confusing now! Haha. I've missed keeping up my blog. I was going to start off right back where I left off, on my old blog...
http://lifethesedayscaylie.blogspot.com/
But, it had been so long that no matter HOW hard I tried, I couldn't seem to remember the right username/password to log back in! So, I made a newer version of the same blog. A sequel, if you will. Hence, the url "lifethesedayscaylie2".
I've missed you, blogger! Over the next day or two, I'll be working on my blog design- I've got a long way to go! Can't wait to get going on this. Hopefully tonight, I can post again and talk about what all I've been up to lately!
